BD-300

Dual-Band (1.2G/2.4G) Programmable LO Down Converter

1.2GHz / 2.4GHz down converter with programmable LO

LO 1050–2300 MHz

BD-300 is a digitally controlled dual-band down converter with a programmable local oscillator from 1050 to 2300 MHz. It accepts 2.4GHz (2350~2500 MHz) and 1.2GHz (1200~1350 MHz) inputs, and can be powered either from the RF cable (+12V) or from the USB connector (+5V).

2.4GHz in: 2350–2500 MHz · 1.2GHz in: 1200–1350 MHz · LO: 1050–2300 MHz (typ. 1800)

  • Tamb = 25 ºC; typical values at VCC = 3.3 V; ZS = ZL = 50
  • Source correction: the 2012 parameter table listed the 2.4GHz LNA range as 2400~2500MHz, disagreeing with the features list (2350~2500MHz). HiDes confirmed 2350MHz is correct (2026-07-25); the table figure was an error in the original datasheet and both now read 2350~2500MHz.
